Returns and Exchanges

Our returns and exchanges policy allows an unwanted product to be returned within 14 days of delivery.  This requires the products you have purchased to be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase.  This includes your sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.  You cannot return unwanted items after 14 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been opened and/or used.

In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.  Prior to any return, please get in touch with Infinity so we can provide you with a goods return authorisaton number.

Goods must be returned in unused in 'as new' condition.  As per the packaging provided by Infinity, customers must return unwanted goods in the original packaging.
